Chad has been a huge part of my development over the years, he has always been willing to go above and beyond in order to help me reach my goals both on and off the ice. Personally, he has helped me build strength to compete at the highest level as well as create custom workouts to train and develop some weaknesses I had due to injury. He is always rooting for the guys he works with to succeed, and you can tell by the passion he runs his program with.
