Stride Selects provides players with the opportunity to compete in the FSL while developing within a structured, performance-focused environment.

Our teams are built around the belief that competition and development should work together. We want players to compete hard, improve their individual skills, understand team concepts and build the physical attributes needed to perform at a highest level.

Through structured team practices, league games, showcase tournaments and performance training, Stride Selects gives players an environment where development is an ongoing priority.

THE STRIDE SELECTS EXPERIENCE Competitive Hockey FSL league play, showcase tournaments and team competition. Structured Team Practices Team systems, hockey concepts, skill development and game preparation. Performance Training A structured approach to strength, speed, power and athletic development. Player Development Performance tracking, video analysis and a focus on continuous improvement. Our philosophy We want players to leave each season as better athletes, more complete hockey players and more prepared competitors. MORE THAN A TEAM. A YEAR-ROUND DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY.INTRODUCING STRIDE HOCKEY ACADEMY Stride Hockey Academy is our year-round hockey development and performance program for players who want more than simply playing on a team. We combine competitive hockey with structured athletic development, hockey-specific training, performance testing, recovery and education to help players continue improving throughout the year. Rather than treating the hockey season, spring hockey and summer training as separate experiences, Stride Hockey Academy connects each phase into one continuous development system. The objective is simple: help every player become a stronger, faster, more skilled and more confident athlete, prepared to compete at the next level. THE STRIDE DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM Every player follows a connected development process designed to identify opportunities for improvement, guide training and measure progress over time. 01 ASSESS Identify individual strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. 02 TRAIN Develop strength, speed, power, mobility and hockey-specific athletic ability. 03 TRACK Use performance testing and measurable data to evaluate progress and guide training. 04 RECOVER Support recovery, healthy training habits, injury prevention and consistency. 05 COMPETE Apply physical and technical development in practices, games and tournaments. 06 PROGRESS Build on previous results and continue developing throughout the year. Everything is connected. Physical training supports hockey performance. Testing helps guide the training process. Recovery supports consistency. Competition provides an opportunity to apply new skills and abilities. This is how we turn training into measurable development. ONE YEAR. THREE PHASES. CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT.
